Responsabile: Prof. Giuseppe Cornaglia/ Dott.ssa Giuliana Lo Cascio

Competenze:  Microbiologia e Microbiologia Clinica, Paleomicrobiologia e Paleogenomica, Biologia molecolare (PCR tradizionale, Multiplex PCR, Metagenomica, NGS, WGS), Estrazione /Sequenziamento  del DNA antico/ moderno che quello batterico. Studio  della Caratterizzazione molecolare dei meccanismi di resistenza trasferibili in Enterobacteriaceae. Studio del Microbioma.
Gestione organizzativa del laboratorio, tutor e correlatore per studenti in tesi in Tecniche di Laboratorio Biomedico.
