The General Pharmacology course addresses the general aspects of pharmacokinetics. Aims is the learning of principles and tools necessary to preview temporal changes of drug concentrations in plasma of humans and animals. Details will be provided concerning drug diffusion, drug adsorption, distribution elimination and metabolism; at the end of the course the students will be able to understand and use active pharmacokinetics models.
