Overview
This Masters programme aims to provide expertise in coordinating and managing business processes within simple and complex units of health and social care organisations. Participants will gain relevant professional skills to manage human, economic and material resources, with an approach oriented towards developing resources, professional development and improving service quality. They will also develop leadership qualities to encourage individual attitudes and professional integration. Specifically, the course focuses on training health and social care coordinators to be catalysts who can significantly contribute to the productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and suitability of the unit to which they are assigned.
