Overview
This Masters programme provides further knowledge for those working in the healthcare profession. Course participants will develop the required skills to be able to effectively coordinate resources, provide professional clinical coaching and manage organisational processes and changes in real life contexts. In particular, they will develop skills to sustain changes and develop excellence in analysing models of care, planning, coordination and management of organisational processes. They will acquire communicative and relational skills, decision making skills and applied expertise in strategies and tools for creating and maintaining positive, effective group environments to reach common objectives. The programme will also offer deeper insight into tools and methods for developing and managing human resources, such as integration pathways for staff, encouraging professional development for collaborators, identifying continuing education needs, organising training opportunities and creating an effective learning environment. Through a combination of classroom lectures, workshops and internships, Masters participants will gain knowledge in healthcare coordination with particular reference to local hospitals and social health.
