Overview
This course is aimed at professionals working in nursing coordination roles. Specifically, offers a deeper understanding of organisational models of care, focusing on the best strategies for ensuring greater collaboration between care assistants and the systematic research of innovative methodologies and tools for recognising care requirements in order to plan, implement and assess the results of the respective complex care interventions. The course will present an overview of organisational models of care, nursing roles such as primary nurse and case manager, and also testimonies from experts who have promoted and managed a changeover in their workplace.
